What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

Bring an original, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. The ID should be current and clearly show your name and photograph. The document to be notarized should also be complete, but unsigned until the notary instructs you.

What are your fees?

Texas Government Code §406.024 allows notaries to charge up to $10 per notarization, including acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and certified copies. I follow all Texas statutory fee guidelines for notarial acts, with travel fees charged separately. Travel costs vary based on your location in El Paso, Horizon City, and Fort Bliss (on-post access available), and a full quote will be provided before your appointment. Do you offer rush or same-day notary appointments?

Yes, rush and same-day appointments are available for an additional fee of $45. Availability depends on the schedule, so please contact us as early as possible to confirm.

Absolutely. We provide professional loan signing services. Fees typically range from $75–$200, depending on the complexity and travel involved. Please note that an attorney must supervise real estate closings in South Carolina.
